A condenser designed to give turbulent flow in the water jacket with a comparatively slow rate of flow of coolant water by use of a small annular space.Although the condensing area per unit length of jacket is small , this type of condenser is widely use.It is relatively inexpensive and for many applications is adequate and effective .
